Terms & Conditions – Load & Go

Minimum Booking All bookings are subject to a minimum charge of 2 hours. After the first 2 hours, time is charged in 30-minute increments.

​Waiting Time & Delays If the customer is not ready at the scheduled time, waiting time will be charged. We reserve the right to adjust the schedule for delays beyond our control (e.g. traffic, access issues).

​Cancellations Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the minimum charge.

​Payment Terms Payment is due in full at the end of each job unless otherwise agreed. Cash or card payments are accepted.

​Goods in Transit While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for damage to items that are not properly packed or fragile without appropriate wrapping. Please ensure your items are ready for transport.

​Access & Parking The customer must ensure safe, legal parking and clear access at both pickup and drop-off locations. Parking fines or delays caused by access issues are the customer’s responsibility.

​Insurance We have public liability and goods-in-transit cover. Please notify us in advance if transporting high-value or delicate items.

​Multi-Stop Terms & Conditions – Load & Go stops must be declared at the time of booking. Unscheduled stops may incur additional charges or time.

​Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any job where there is a risk to our staff, vehicle, or property.

Booking Agreement: By booking with Load & Go, you agree to these terms.
