Cancellation Refunds
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. -
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time may be subject to a charge of 50% of the minimum booking fee. -
No-Shows
If the customer is not present at the pickup location and has not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued. -
Delays & Missed Jobs
In the rare event we are unable to complete your booking due to our fault, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the circumstances. -
Service Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the booking. We will investigate and offer a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund. -
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. -
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be given for delays caused by traffic, parking issues, or access problems beyond our control.
