Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Load & Go

  1. Cancellation Refunds
    Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking time may be subject to a charge of 50% of the minimum booking fee.

  3. No-Shows
    If the customer is not present at the pickup location and has not cancelled in advance, no refund will be issued.

  4. Delays & Missed Jobs
    In the rare event we are unable to complete your booking due to our fault, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the circumstances.

  5. Service Disputes
    If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the booking. We will investigate and offer a fair resolution, which may include a partial refund.

  6. Payment Method Refunds
    Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  7. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be given for delays caused by traffic, parking issues, or access problems beyond our control.
